We have all seen and heard the disruption that a customer can cause in a store or public place. This woman was a store owner's worst nightmare. We needed this customer to leave. It reminded me of someone I saw on the Hardcore Pawn TV show. She was offered a repair for her problem, then a full refund on her credit card which she could not provide. I was called by our manager to the front of the store. When I arrived, the woman started yelling obscenities as I walked up. I was told about a problem with a zipper. I offered to replace it immediately with our tailors. She continued to rant and rave. I said refund her in full to get her out of the store, and stop the disruption. She did not have her credit card. She grabbed her clothes; yelling as she left, cursing, obscenities, and using obscene gestures, etc. We have thousands of happy customers each month, and we work extremely hard to satisfy those customers. Sometimes people come in and just act like a fool. There's not much we could have done. There were witnesses. We do video and audio record store activities.
