great service and great prices 3/15/2010

I have been shopping here since they opened in Round Rock. I don't know if they work on commission or not, but I have never felt the pressure of the up-sale to a more expensive tire, or that I have been taken advantage of. Definitely not the case of a chain located off of 3406. Pros: No up-sale of all the extras. They are included. more

Excellent Service 4/29/2009

I went to get a my tires rotated and fix a flat. I was out of there in less than 30 min. I NEVER feel ripped off or oversold at Discount Tires. I would go back again and again for all my round needs more

Cant beat the fast service 10/3/2008

I got there at 4:30 expecting a long wait (with my 2 year old no less) and to my surprise I was out of there in less than 30 minutes. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly and didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need. The price is good and you cant beat the fast service. I'll go there from now on. Pros: Fast friendly service Cons: Outside waiting area is uncomfortably close to the I-35 frontage road if you have kids with you more

Cant beat the service 9/19/2008

I brought my car there because a co-worker informed me I had steel belt showing on one of my tires. I got there at 5:30 expecting a long wait (plus I had my 2 year old with me so that would make it seem even longer). The technicians were very friendly and informed me one of my other tires were bad also so I had them both replaced. We were out of there and on the road by 6:00. I couldn't believe it! The price was reasonable - they didn't try to talk me into expensive tires and you cannot beat the service!! I will go there from now on no matter what. more
