They sold me 4 certficates for free replacement. The tires were $716 for 4. They came with a 60K mile warranty. I had driven only 22K miles when one tire became extremely worn....

Free Certificates are a JOKE! 8/18/2009

They sold me 4 certficates for free replacement. The tires were $716 for 4. They came with a 60K mile warranty. I had driven only 22K miles when one tire became extremely worn. It was worn beyond normal wear and tear. The other 3 tires were still in excellent condition. I took the car in and asked them to replace the tire. They refused citing the tire had been over inflated. The tire had not been overinflated or the others would have been in the same shape as this one. Who can argue with them?......they're the tire experts... Pros: none Cons: misleading information more
