So I've been to this location twice since moving to Lebanon. Both times I was greeted quickly and professionally and left feeling that I had been treated fairly. I have interacted with Kainan, Coleman and Mario. All gentlemen greeted me with a smile and a handshake which is hard to come by these days. On the first occasion I was greeted by Kainan who quickly helped me get 2 tires that I badly needed. I came looking for a pair of Hankook's but they weren't readily available so Kainan helped me find a nice pair of Cooper's that were actually cheaper than the tires I came for, (not usually the case in my experience). I came in the next day to have them mounted and sat down to watch the guys work. By the way. they have complimentary cold bottled water and hot dinks, nice touch. While waiting for my truck to be finished, I started to take in the action and there was a lot of it. The guys were like watching a pit stop. They worked hard, fast, together, and were happy to be doing it. I could often hear someone prodding and encouraging the crew to keep on task and on time. While I was sitting back and observing, I noticed Kainan,
(the manager from the day before), sitting in street clothes on the couch with a legal pad taking notes and observing the operation run without him being the one to tell them what to do. They really didn't need him there on his day off, I doubt that they even knew he was there after a few minutes. Anyway, my truck was finished in less than about 45 minutes and after watching the way they worked and the way I was treated I decided to purchase the other 2 tires. While voicing my interest in purchasing the other tires I also stated that I liked the way the black powder coated rims looked. Kainan, (on his off day), logged into the computer for me and once again found me a very similar one to what I was looking at, but these he had in stock and they were cheaper. I told him I would be in the next day to have them installed, deal done. Coleman took good care of me the next day, I will be back!!!
