I find good customer service to be a true gem for a company. I've dealt with the business on South Tryon for several years now. It doesn't matter if it's a tire rotation or a blow out that you need to use your warranty protection...these folks handle it all professionally and with the personable service that is so rare to find anymore. And to my awe...the hole in my tire was covered w/no questions and a new tire was put on. more
