Excellent Service! 10/11/2011

Took my car in this morning because I had a nail in a factory tire. I had no appointment & Discount Tire was busy but Zach got me in no problem. Not only that, but they fixed my tire, rotated the tires and reprogrammed my tire pressure monitors...for FREE & in less than an hour! 2nd time to visit a Discount Tire in a week and extremely pleased with their service. Not sure what took me so long to find them. Thanks Zach & Discount Tires! more

What they don't tell you 6/9/2010

Had to call the manufacturer of my wheels/rims which were installed by DT on my new vehicle. DT requested I pay for replacement parts for these wheels which were covered under the manufacturers warranty. BTW, have had to have this particular part (center wheel cap paint peeling) replaced at least 5 times (ENKEI) since 2004. Have never been charged before, but now... WTH. Now that the wheels are ""discontinued"" I guess I have crappy wheels to live with. Pros: Attentive, but are at the mercy of the product Cons: Don't know the product warranty more

What a great place to get a great deal on Tires!! I got 4 tires for my truck for about 100.00 a tire. I will say that most places were about150 a tire more
