I've used Discount Movers at least five times, maybe as much as seven. They have been fantastic each and every time. I've probably worked with each of their crews and every single person has been great! These are really good and decent people. I've never had the slightest issue or problem. Without question, I'd call on their services again. There's no reason not to use them. They really care about what's being moved. They were so careful with my daughter's piano because they knew how important that is to her. They do a great job from pianos to whatever, they can do it! I'd recommend them to anybody! more

Discount Movers has been my moving company of choice for over 15 years. They have always shown up on time and work diligently to load their trucks and get my stuff moved in record time. They know how to pack, they take care of your belongings and there is nothing better than having professional movers get your from home A to home B. Good communication and the movers did a great job! They were careful, friendly and hard workers. The cost was reasonable and there were no extra fees or surcharges like I've experience with other movers. We were very pleased with them. more

Discount Movers were fine. They showed up on time, moved my stuff and didn't wreck the truck, so I thought that was pretty good. They're prices seem fair, but I didn't really comparison shop. Phil's a friend of mine, so I'd use them again. more

Discount Movers did a good job. 8/1/2011

Discount Movers was excellent. They moved my house for me. They got there on time. I thought they could have been a little faster, but they wrapped everything and did a very nice job. Everything was secure, and there was absolutely no damage. There were steps that they had to go up and some other difficult things; it was all handled well. The guys from Discount Movers were courteous, nice, and clean. They really did a good job. more

Excellent job 7/25/2011

Upon parents retirement I recently moved the baby grand from their home to mine. The piano has been in the family and I had concerns about moving it. The workers were fantastic. They took their time, we very careful, wrapped it appropriately and it was delivered to my home without a hitch. Thanks - I would recommend them to anyone. Good job guys! more

Price not very happy 7/23/2011

I used u guys so many times and some how it keeps getting expansive last time I used u guys from corona to irvine it cost me $1200/1400 Be4 that I used u guys from irvine to irvine and it cost the same don't know why or how cause 3 Yrs ago I used u guys irvine to portola hills and it cost me $600 The same time frame...I don't know id I'm going to use u guys again do to the price Thanks Joey nawabi more

Drivers arrived on-time and worked till job was completed - 12 hours. Movers took extra time to ensure all items were wrapped and protected. Job well done! more

Discount Movers are the best! 7/11/2011

We have used Discount Movers several times and each time they have been available when needed, moved all our household goods with great care, even when they had to move us from a 3rd floor apartment with no elevator; there was never a complaint about extremely heavy and cumbersome pieces of furniture! This last time I called the day before and they arrived at 8 a.m. the next morning. It is rare to have this type of service! P & G more

Very nice and hard-working. 6/24/2011

The only problem I had with Discount Movers, was their timing seemed to be a little off. I used them for two different situations. Once, when they packed me up and moved me into storage. They showed up a little late. They said they had called me, but I hadn't gotten a call so I don't know. It didn't really matter, it all worked out and I thought they were wonderful. The next time was when they were supposed to bring everything out to the desert for me and load up from there at 9am but they showed up here in the desert at 9am instead. Again, it all worked out and they were great once it was straightened out. I probably would use them again. I thought they were really nice and worked hard once they had figured things out. J. I really love these guys! 5/20/2011

Discount Movers did everything I asked them to do, and everything arrived in pretty much the same shape, within reason. There were a few nicks here and there, but I'm not going to hold it against them, as these things happen. What I loved about them the best is after they deposited things in my house, if they saw my trying to lift things they would run over and help me move it. I so appreciated that, and I can't even tell you how much! It was a very long day, and after they were finished they asked if there was anything else I would like moved. Whether it was helping me set things in place, or moving things from one side of a room to another, or to another room entirely, they wanted to make it as easy for me as possible. I just thought they were fantastic! I would recommend them, and if I need to move again, I will request the same three guys, because I thought they were so fantastic. I really love these guys! more

I am so proud to have had these men do all the hard work for me. I had two of the best movers. Thanks guys!! You made my day so easy and stress free. These men took such great care of all of our belongings as if they were there own. All the care and gentle hard work came through in our move. Discount movers packed our home as if we were moving cross country. They are truly a blessing and I would refer them time and time again. The pricing was a blessing! Our movers were clean, nicely groomed, in uniform t-Shirts, safe shoes, and worked so efficiently as a team to get the job done in a timely fashion with such great respect. Thanks again Discount Movers!!!! No wonder you've been in business for so long... Pros: Efficient, Diligent, Great Team Workers!!! Cons: none more

Fair prices and Reliable 10/30/2008

This company was great! They had employees that you can trust and were easy to work with. No attitudes or tattoos for that matter. They worked hard but primarily took good care of our furniture. There was no damage and they put all of our stuff back together including hooking back up our washer and dryer and ice maker line! Pros: Easy to work with Cons: Didn't find any! more

Very good quality professional movers 10/2/2008

I needed a mover right away. Discount Movers were very prompt and provided me with an estimate right away along with an appointment. They showed up on a Sunday on time and worked very hard all day long. They were very careful with my furniture using protective covers for everything and helped pack things, too. I had no damages and nothing was missing. They were equally helpful moving in to my new place. I was very pleased with the price, the service provided, and the quality of care with my possessions. Pros: Easy pricing, drove nearly 2 hours to my new place without delay. Cons: Minimal language barrier, but not bad really. more
