I've had a lot of experience with flooring centers, and Discount Quality Flooring is the best! The customer service was friendly and very knowledgeable and very fast, and helped me decide on what I needed. As far as pricing, it was better than anyone else in the area. When it came to installation, the installers came on time and they handled the job correctly, asking the right questions and moving the furniture. It was very professional and didn't take up a lot of my time, which was greatly appreciated. Let me first say that I find the fact there are multiple 5star reviews for this business to be totally suspect. A search of the Internet will find many disappointed customers. But, 45 thrilled customers all seemed to converge here? Not likely. Anyway, after they get your money, they'll send out some shaky installers and that's that. God forbid, you have a problem (and you will). We tried to contact them in both person and via phone three times. Each time, we are promised a call to schedule them to come see the issues. They have never called. The last time I stopped by, I spoke the Jerry. He assured me I would definitely hear from them Monday. That was almost a month ago. We know full well we won't hear from them. They don't stand behind their shoddy work. Spend more, go somewhere else. more

Not only did I have a terrible experience with them, I definitely don't believe the 40some 5 star reviews all posted in the last few months. No way. Anyway, we had our floor done in February. They sold us this new ""Aqua floor"". It was super strong and sturdy, they said. So, I was surprised when a few of the planks started to lift. But, things happen. No bigs. So I called. They pulled my file and assured they'd call me in a day or two to set an appointment for someone to come see it. No call. So, I stopped by their store two weeks later. They said they'd call in a couple days. Nope. No call. Once again I went in. I politely checked the phone number they had on file for me. Surely, there had to be a reason they weren't calling. Jerry (proclaimed as ""the man"" in the other reviews that I classify as suspect) promised I would hear from them Monday. That was almost a month ago. I fully intend to have to pay someone else to fix their botched job (since my original attempt at contact, we have noticed dents in the floor and even spots where the planks don't match up). I absolutely do not expect to hear from them. I just want to save someone else the grief we have been thru. $2000+ down the tubes. Should have spent more and maybe would have gotten more? They'll give you discount flooring all day, but there is nothing quality about it. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS! more

Discount Quality Flooring put in a laminate wood floor in my bedroom and managed to do it all in one day, which is nice in today's busy world. My daughter had leftover material at her house so they also did another little bedroom that I have which looks great. In fact, I plan to go back to them after the holidays for more work. more

This was my first time using Discount Quality Flooring. The service was very good. They ran into a few minor problems along the way, but they handled them, and the carpets they installed turned out excellent. They installed carpets in three rooms about three months ago, and I still haven't had any problems. They did a very nice job. I would recommend them to anybody. more

My first time using Discount Quality Flooring was about ten years ago. I was happy with them then and told them I would definitely use them in the future. The most recent time they installed new floors. The samples that they provided me with were very high quality and they were extremely knowledgeable about the products. The installation went smoothly. These guys are simply the best. They make it obvious that they care about what they are doing. I have two other rooms that I am going to have them do in the near future. more

The actual workers seemed like they were in a hurry. They did the job over 3-4 days but I was a little disappointed with how Doug rushed his workers at the end of each day.
