Dirty Dave's Pizza Parlor

you know how some thin crusts just do not hold up well to having that much toppings? well, this thin crust seems to defy the laws of physics. we ordered ours packed with meat and cheese and this thin crust -which was the thinnest we had ever seen- held it all up. no problem. and when we bit into it, we had this satisfying crunch. followed by a mouthful of piping hot soft cheese and meat. this is a really damn good pizza place. it's well worth the drive from tacoma. even if you live in seattle, i'd recommend it too. zeke's in seattle has NOTHING on this place. service is way better than zeke's and they are fast too. the only thing we regret is that we didn't ALSO order the 3D pizza. the people in the table next to us got it and it looked heavenly. super thick and cheesey with this lightly toasted top. they reputedly put one pound of cheese in it. i plan on starving myself for two weeks and then going to have the 3D pizza. oh my god. i hope it's as good as it looks. that 3D pizza is seared into my brain right now. more

Good pizza, beverages and super service. Usually a busy place. Can be noisy at times. Good value for the money more

Despite being oddly named, Dirty Dave's Gay 90's Pizza is your best bet for a great take-out (or dine-in) pizza. Recent attempts to clean the place up a bit have made it more family friendly, if the somewhat sketchy decor once scared you off, give it another try. It's now non-smoking, and they're putting a lot of effort into cleaning up the posters and patron-decorated walls. It's the only place I've found that will put cashews on a pizza, and in my opinion, it's a concept that more places should adopt. more

Dirty Dave's has THE BEST pizza you have ever had. They carry LOTS of different types of toppings and also have a salad bar and many sandwiches and other things that they sell but are best known for their pizza. I would highly recommend that you stop and try them out some time if you haven't already. more
