Every time I called, they were an hour late and I should expect an call in the next hour. Which I never did. They kept telling me that a customer lied about the size of the place to be cleaned. more

I told them if they could clean my carpet I would not only be a returning customer BUT I would act like a referral service. I'm so highly impressed! I'm so pleased can't express it! But if you would have seen my carpet....I was ready to replace it with my OWN money! My floors are slightly damp as I write this. more

steam cleaning 4/18/2013

This one is working. The steam cleaning did not have a chemical smell, it dried in about 36 hours, the price was right, and my carpets look brand spanking new. Now if only I can get the landlord to repay me the money I spent, since my steaming proved they did not clean the carpets before we moved in. Enjoy! more

But most of all, I'm impressed by their efficiency, it only took them 30 minutes to finish the job! Their price is reasonable too! No wonder their rating is so high on yelp, because IT IS TRUE! more

very tidy 4/4/2013

My sister asked me to bring the carpet to them and I did. I know that carpet was really messy because the kids used it for their party. When the carpet was sent home, nothing has changed. There were spots and very untidy to look at. I have to call other cleaning service. more
