I had hinted at the guy before leaving that since you have spoken so much about your exceptional service, as good faith, why don't you clean the stain. This guy throws a dialogue, "quality doesn't come cheap". These guys are so cheap that they advertise a service for cheap, turn around and say they'll parly do the work and ask you pay more for what you should ve got in the first place. more

great customer service 5/4/2013

They did a great job not to mention i asked them if they could touch up some spots in the baby room and they ended up doing the whole thing and didn't charge me! WOW, talk about customer service. They were done in an hour and the carpets looked brand new. Not to mention I couldn't believe the price, it was so cheap!!! I would definitely call them again to clean my carpets. more

This is the third time I've used them with absolutely no problem at all. I have to chuckle at some of the other reviews: there is no more "criminal element" than in any other local business we use such as pizza delivery, house cleaners, gardeners, etc. They were professional and thorough. I would use this service again. more

Complete lack of respect! He barged into the house, didn't introduce himself or assistant and was barking orders, rule of thumb is that if a guest is entering someone else's home the guest should ask to come in and treat the home owner with respect not like an employee. more

Wow, these people know what they're doing! Problem area in the dining room is no more and I have off-white carpet! They treated this area three times with no extra charge. Very polite and on time. Would hire again without hesitation.Ultimate Carpet cleaning did excellent job on my carpet. more

extremely professional 4/4/2013

These people are extremely professional. I used their service twice so far and I've been pleased with the results both times. I needed 2 big rooms, hallway and a rug to be cleaned. They did a great job at a fair price. If I don't change the carpet to hardwood, I will definitely stick with this company. more
