I used to work for Directline technologies while in college, even though they dwell on being business of the year. Even after recieving my MA in business, I feel as if they are a waste of good building and space. This type of business needs to go to a much larger call center. The management is done by a Married Couple. The wifes arrogance is absolutely degrading as if she is better than everyone. Remembering how it was one Thanksgiving where they had provided a THANKSGIVING dinner and her walking in and just looking at us as if we were homeless and using the term...""Providing a meal"". Seriously this made me sick and I had to leave, I hope she has learned some tactics and traing has got better. The turnover rate is crazy, basically people show up when they want.
