Hot water heater and toilet install 5/15/2013

I had Ross come out Ross came out to check our hot water heater. He explained what the problem was. He installed a new hot water heater. The job was done great. He was polite and answered all questions. On May 15 we had Steven Graham come out to check our toilets. Both needed to be replaced. He explained what was wrong and answered all questions. He worked very hard. The job was done very well. Both of these guys did and excellent job and I will refer them to any friends that have problems. more

Very pleased with the whole experience. 5/8/2013

My wife and I had an issue with our water main coming into our house. They were recommended to me by someone I work with. We contacted them, and in very short order they were back in touch with me and my wife. They got out to our house within a number of hours and took care of us at a reasonable price. more

They did everything the way it should be done. 5/7/2013

I had them do a lot of things. They did some plumbing work where they replaced faucets and ran a line to hook up an ice maker to the refrigerator. They also did electrical work where they replaced some light switches, plugs, a heater switch, and two or three light receptacles. All of it was done very well. more

Pablo is the craftsman who took care of our job by Dipple Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air and I couldn't recommend him higher. He was courteous, punctual, thorough, and explained everything from the beginning before the job was performed. I couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend them. more

Dipple to the rescue. 5/2/2013

I had an emergency call on Sunday in the rain and Dipple Plumbing came out within the hour. They diagnosed the problem and then came back the next day to fix it. One guy worked so hard and dug the trench alone. Everything was great. more

I had a good experience. 5/1/2013

I made a service call, and the woman helped me book a time that worked great for me. Steven, the tech came, and he was very friendly and courteous. He went over and beyond to make sure the job was done and done great in a timely fashion. I think I used them a couple years ago and had a good experience also. more

Dipple does it again! 4/11/2013

I bought a house that's been abandoned for 3 years so I hired Dipple to replace all the electrical wiring, plumbing, and heating and AC. They are basically rebuilding the house. They are very reliable. I haven't really had any issues with them not doing things they said they would. They've been a bit slow on the electrical work but there were a lot of problems with the house so that's to be expected. They are very good, honest and up-front. more

Dipple Plumbing is always excellent. I've had problems with my heating and AC system. When you're single, you're afraid of getting ripped off. With Dipple, they explained what they were going to do. They are thorough and go the extra mile to make sure things are squared away. They are always professional and knowledgeable and always do an incredible job. I've never felt ripped off with Dipple. I did a price comparison after they left and realized they were very good price-wise as well. I had my condo on the market once and a problem developed 45 minutes before a showing. I called them and they came out immediately. They had the problem fixed before the showing. They are so honest and I've never had a bad experience. They never try to sell me something I don't need. They are obviously there to take care of the customer. I recommend them highly and would never use anyone else. more

Top-notch 2/26/2013

I have always found whomever comes out from Dipple Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air, to be respectful, neat, willing to show me what they have found and solve the problem. My husband and I are especially impressed with Pablo Santana, their plumber who came out recently. He was very willing to explain what he had discovered. Pablo found that the problem existed because of an incorrect installation and he was very patient and very kind as far as making sure that before he provided the service, we understood and visually saw the problem. He gave an artistic rendering to validate all of those verbal explanations of the problem, which assured us of his recommendation. Based on that initial experience with him, I felt very confident in his abilities. I had never seen such a hard worker in my life. Pablo was also very considerate. He put cloths down on the hardwood and on the carpet in an effort to not leave a mess. Those small acts are the kinds of things that a homemaker appreciate so much. I just think his thoughtfulness was outstanding. As far as the work, we just think that if only it had been done this way to begin with, it would have been spectacular. He actually had to take down three walls in our bathroom and all was legitimate per his explanation, but it was all put together so exquisitely. I don't know how. I just love the result. He even went the extra mile and tightened some things for us. Before leaving, he let us know where he could be reached. Pablo previously worked for us before in another, less major problem and delivered equally. But, we had not received such a production. We were very impressed with him this time. In addition to the work he did, he let us know things he saw as being a problem in the future, but he was not pushy about anything. In addition to being pleased with our past Dipple experiences, we are very pleased with Pablo. more

Communicative, easy process, been using them 30 years 2/20/2013

I have been using Dipple for 30 years and have the highest expectations for them. The most recent work I have used them for was a clog in my kitchen. They sent a fellow out to check the clog, and he was very thorough. He replaced some old parts, but more importantly he explained what he was doing and how much it would cost before he did anything. He used a router type thing and made sure it was clean and that he left the kitchen spotless. We discussed the protocol if I had any further problems with the sink and left me feeling confident in the job done and aware of the work done. more

Fantastic 2/13/2013

Dipple Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air is fantastic! They're really wonderful. In my 16 years in South Carolina, they are the only company to which I would give the key to my house and my heart. He is so reliable and great. I have had them do all the plumbing and even some construction on the house to repair water damage. They are head and shoulders above every workman I've ever had in this house. more

Full home generator 11/12/2012

It has been 6 months now from when Dimple installed a full home with auto transfer panel for me and now I will still say, they are great to have do the work. I got the gen, they installed it and it is doing just what I wanted it to do for me. This was a bit of an odd install so we all learned something from doing it. I tell everyone to call Dimple for anything they need done. more

Leak repaired fast! 9/6/2012

Couldn't have bveen better. 8/13/2012

last time, installed a brand new hot water heater. before i had them out bc toilet wa snot working properly. 2 experience, both excellent. highly reccomend. integrity, good workers, personablwe Last time I had Dipple Plumbing, Electrical, Heating & Air out they installed a brand new hot water heater for me. The time before that, I had them out because my toilet was not working properly. I've had 2 experiences with them so far, both have been excellent. They have a lot of integrity, and personable, good workers. more
