Dip n Strip does not stand behind their refinishing. Cast iron bed delivered with dripping substance from brass bars, chipped finish, and brass not restored properly. Sent a let...

Good service fast turnaround 2/27/2013

I have had a good experience with the company (Dip and Strip)\r We are refinishing kitchen cabinets and I have been back 3 separate times for more work to be finished. They were friendly and great to do business with, ( Bo ) is the contact person.... The help is friendly I had very prompt service and the price was very reasonable..\r I came from south county to Saint Charles to have the work done and I will be back on our next project. \r TLS more

I have been doing bissness with dip n strip for about two years.\r I do Historical,Renavation of homes, furniture. i taking lots of things to be strip. There has not been a problem good work. some times they get back up with all the differnt things they do. but as a small company they do the best in st charles mo. if you need something to be dip or strip go to this company. i have been doing business with dip n strip for 20 plus years. they are the wisest, honest,hard working business I know of. to see a comment about the dripping bed makes me mad. all you would have to do is call and they would make it right. so this very unfair. if you bought something from home depot you take it back.i bet if you would call dip n strip they would give your money back. so be a grown up do what is right. BEWARE 8/23/2006

Dip n Strip does not stand behind their refinishing. Cast iron bed delivered with dripping substance from brass bars, chipped finish, and brass not restored properly. Sent a letter requesting $200 back on a $450 restoration. Have never received. Thank you. more

Good and Close 11/7/2005

This place is right down the street from me, so its very convenient. We've had a dresser and a table stripped here. They are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. more
