After being a customer of Dions for many years, I just came home from MY LAST VISIT THERE. I bought an ESQ watch there 2 weeks ago. My past purchases include a Rado for my husband, a Tissot, and a Daniel MInx watch. I ran in today and was contemplating a Gucci watch purchase. While I was there I need links taken out of two watches as they were too large. Dion never got off the phone even while doing the link removal, but managed to tell me I owed him $25.00 for his service!! I could have taken these watches anywhere closer to my home, but figured I would take them to him, as I have been a customer there for over 10 years. I never even got a receipt, he was too busy on the phone. How about saying I appreciate your business over the years?? He won't see me again. In these hard times, you would think a 2 minute watch link removal from someone who has spent several thousand dollars might have been a service offered.
