Dinnerbell Garage

I went to Dinnerbell garage as a recommendation of a friend who couldn't say enough about the place. Boy was he right! I couldn't be more please with the service and respect I received. As an illiterate of the automotive world, I needed someone I could trust wouldn't rake me over. From the minute I walked in the door to the moment I walked out, I was notified of every action that was going to be done on my car. Prices were affordable, the people were pleasant, and the environment was welcoming (and clean)! I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs service done to their vehicles. I can't stop spreading the word. Pros: Service, environment, prices.......there's too many to name! Cons: There's only one Dinnerbell Garage. more

Went there several years ago to get inspection. They never called to say it was done. They put new brake pads on and turned the rotors... all without asking permission. The brakes then would barely stop the vehicle after replacement... They admitted they had issues with those pads and told me to bring it back for different ones. Also the turning work was questionable. Charged me for labor and parts the 2nd time and never called to say repair was done. more

Took our RV to this shop once and made the mistake of not getting a written estimate before asking him to replace all the belts before a cross-country trip. They added $400.00 in labor for replacing 5 belts on top of the other repairs they claimed I needed! Pros: Conveniently located. Cons: Dishonest management. more
