A family tradition 2/1/2006

My family has been going to the Dining Car for over 20 years. It has all the typical diner food, but with flair. At Sunday brunch they typically have a live piano player in the dining room. The food is good, the service is excellent. They have several large rooms, so although you may have a wait, it's not usually long. Creamed chipped beef on toast is a dish they do right! more

The Best 1/30/2006

The chipped beef here is the absolute best. I have had it many other places and it usually ends up tasting like glue. Not so here. It is yummy, tasty and creamy. I order it for breakfast every time I go there which is practically every Sunday. The added pleasure now is that the entire diner is non smoking. Check out the bakery. The baked goods and breads are awesome. more
