The food is always good and it don't cost much. I've been going here every since I moved to the area. Love the ice creams here. Will always go when possible. more

i was a regular at this diner for about 8 years or so the food used to be the best the service was always good at one time everyone knew each other ona first name basis the last time i went there it had been about a year since my last visit the staff was still wonderful (john and charlie were still there, didnt know the rest)\r the food was horrorible when i say i was a regular i literally mean almost 7 days a week for about 8 years or so\r \r i miss the old 84 diner but if all else fails two of the most awesome waiters are still there but on a 1-10 scale today i give them a 2 Pros: the wait staff(charlie & john wilson are the best) Cons: food is horrorible more

Great food, and if you ask for Leslie, you're sure to get up to 60% off the normal menu cost.\r \r My group requested Leslie, we all ordered sandwiches at roughly $6.00 a piece. Then Leslie gave us all a free bowl of soul, a Diet Coke (with free refills), and pudding or ice cream at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.\r \r Based on menu prices, Leslie gave us $7.00 in freebees each! Our bills should have been about $11.00 a piece for what we ordered, but she only charged us for the sandwiches!\r \r Leslie told us we'll always get a great deal if we ask for her, and if she isn't there she told us to request Karen (the other girl working the ""B"" room when we were there) - And in either case, we'll eat for less!\r \r If you want to eat on a budget, go to 84 Diner and request either Leslie or Karen! more

I have been going to this restaurant for 7 years now and the food is still great! Dinning area is huge and service is fast. They serve you a lot of food for a very reasonable price, and they serve you whatever you want (breakfast, lunch or dinner) at any time during the day. If you want good food and are not concerned about the appearance, this is the place to go. Save yourself the money they could have spent on decoration, because you know it comes from your pocket. more
