My tip to Dimo the REAMO...Quit Cheating People and Ripping Them Off. The Epitome of the Extremely Hard Sell Tribal Jewelry Store. When you walk in here you had better know the fair and correct price for an item you want and the ""Quality"" it SHOULD represent! This place is reminiscent of a ""Bazaar"" in Bagdad! Watch your wallet and your watch! more

I was very disappointed with Dimo in general my husband purchased a quality wedding set for a Christmas / Birthday gift. To make a long story short there was so many problems with the diamonds within the first 4 months I should of just demanded my money back but he choose that set for me so I went along with the repairs. I was told I did this and that wrong and was paying each time they told me that he paid $2600.00 for the set and I have paid a total of $605 myself there is something wrong. I should of refused to pay. more

Robert and Missy at Dimo's Fine Jewelry are the best jewelers with whom I've ever worked. Robert redesigned the setting for my diamond and it is gorgeous! He delivered a ring that far surpasses my expectations. His price for the work was wonderful-- I could not be happier. Missy was also instrumental in helping with the design and went above and beyond "the job" to help me with the ring. I will be a loyal customer for every piece of jewelry I buy in the future. more
