She, Dr Dimitri, is the best doctor. I have been going to see her for years. I will never go anywhere else. First, the staff are so warm and friendly, they make me feel at home. I feel like I am among friends. Dr. Dimitri spends so much time with me. She really cares about my skin. She is also concerned about my pocketbook. She offers generic medications, calls in refills for me and tries to find what my plan will cover. They even deal with my fussy insurance to get my treatments covered. Over the years I have probably met everyone in that office, I really like them all. I'll say it again. Best best best! more

Finally, I love my dermatologist. He takes very good care of my skin. Many members of my family go to Dimitri Dermatology and we wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr Mosadegh is my doctor. He is very knowledgeable. He is thorough, professional, caring. I know he is board certified. I always check my doctors references before going to them, because i am a Registered Nurse and work for an oncologist. My doctor always refers patients to Dimitri Dermatology because he knows that they are particularly interested in cancer patients and follow their patients very closely. more

I have been a long time patient of Dimitri Dermatology. I have seen Dr Dimitri as well as her associates. I had the worst case of Rosacea. My whole face was bright red and burned. I went to other doctors and nobody was able to help me. One doctor in Metairie told me to pray to God! Dr Dimitri started treating me 2 years ago. Now my skin is completely clear. She went the extra mile. She spent a long time getting expensive treatments authorized by my insurance so I could have them. Other offices didn't even offer. For starters, i was very disappointed with my experience at Dimitri Dermatology. The physician did not seem knowledgeable or confident. She was very vague with her diagnoses and she kind of gave me the run around. she would try to give me information of her diagnosis, which was very little, and then every time i had a question she would run out of the room to talk with the other physician's. I did not feel comfortable at all and went elsewhere for a second opinion. Not to my surprise at all, i was given the information that neither the physicians NOR their assistants are board certified dermatologists! I think it's outrageous that a physician can claim to be a specialists, even though they didnt do a residency or even take their board exams. My biggest advice, check your sources before going to any physician claiming a specialty. there are websites out there that allow you to do so. make sure they're board certified in their specialty! more
