Theodore L. Walker has been with the firm of Diment & Walker since 1983. Ted was born in Eugene, and received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Oregon in 1978. He received his Law Degree from the University Of Oregon School Of Law in 1983, where he served as Articles Editor of the Oregon Law Review.


Ted is admitted to practice in Oregon, the United States District Court for the District of Oregon, and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the Oregon State Bar and the Lane County Bar Association.


Donald D. Diment, Jr. graduated from Portland State College with a BS in Business Administration in 1965. He went on to law school at Willamette University College of Law and received his JD in 1968. Shortly after Don received his law degree, he law clerked for the Honorable Edward H. Howell, Oregon State Tax Court, in 1968. He then went into private practice at the Luvaas Cobb Richards & Fraser law firm in Eugene, Oregon from 1969 to 1971. Don then worked as a deputy district attorney for the Lane County District Attorney’s Office in November, 1971 to July, 1975. Having worked as a deputy district attorney for a few years, Don decided to again go into private practice. In 1975, Don founded the law firm of Diment, Jagger & Billings, which in 1993 became Diment & Walker.


Morgan D. Diment graduated from the University Of Oregon School Of Law in May, 2004. After passing the bar, Morgan joined Diment & Walker as an associate in August of 2004. He left to work as an associate at the firm of Stahancyk, Kent & Hook, P.C., practicing exclusively family law. Morgan returned to Diment & Walker in April, 2007, and has been assisting clients with complex domestic relations and criminal defense cases ever since, becoming a partner at Diment & Walker in April, 2011.


Kelsea J. Feola joined Diment & Walker as an associate attorney in April, 2011. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Oregon in Political Science and Geography. She attended law school at Seattle University School of Law where she graduated magna cum laude in May of 2010. Prior to returning to Oregon, she also worked as a prosecuting attorney for King County, Washington. Kelsea then worked at Thorp, Purdy, et al. in Springfield, Oregon as a law clerk before joining Diment & Walker.. Domestic Relations / Family Law:
