Great place 5/16/2011

Great place I have bought two bikes from them. I get all my service work done there. They keep surprising me with their customer service. The only bad thing is that they are so good and great customer service that sometimes it takes longer to get a opponent because they have so many customers. But that tells you how good they are. more

You won't go anywhere else 3/21/2011

Bought my first Harley here.WOULD NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! Dealt with a dealer outside of metro area and he came off as a Harley snob. This place DEALS IN SATISFACTION. My wife who was afraid to ride has actually signed up for a rider class and wants to get a bike of her own. Go here first!! You won't go anywhere else. more

My salesman was MR. This was a new experience for me and understood and cared about everything I had to say. I felt like I was the most important person in that dealership that day. Everytime I go back… It's as though I'm a part of a family. This is why I chose Harley-Davidson and Dillon Harley in Omaha. more

Treated me so well! 2/24/2011

This is my seventh Harley-Davidson purchase & the third brand new H-D I've purchased. I must admit I think now I have found the "perfect" H-D dealership service & people who are employed there for me & I have told my friends! BK, TK, and A, all were a pleasure to deal with & made buying my new H-D a real joy at Dillon Brothers Harley-Davidson/Buell in Omaha, Nebraska, and I live in Lincoln, Nebraska! My new H-D & all of my other Harleys will NOW GO TO OMAHA DILLON BROTHERS H-D DEALERSHIP for any and all maint. work etc... They have treated me so well & impressed me that much! That store or the one in Fremont, Nebraska will get all of my business. Mainly the Omaha store, but some sales to Fremont since I bought a used dirt bike from SDJr. years ago. Dillon Brothers H-D in Omaha Nebr. "IS" the place for me! more

My salesperson was Mike Ruff. This was a new experience and he understood and cared about everything I had to say. I felt like I was the most important person in the dealership that day. Every time I go back ...it's as though I'm part of a family. more

They made it fun for me 2/2/2011

This place is AWESOME!!!: I have purchased two bikes from them and they do everything to make you a satisfied customer. If you are looking for a Harley and GREAT SERVICE DEPT. This is the place. My company could take some lessons from them on customer service. If I was living many miles away I would make a special trip back to deal with these guys. They made it fun for me. more
