I had and still have issues with my air condition unit not cooling. I called Dilling Heating and Cooling. A technician came out, checked my unit and told me that I needed a new unit and someone would call me the following morning. I paid him for the service call. It has been almost a month ago and no one has called to schedule an appointment for repairs or just to check on me. I wish I had never called Dilling. Money wasted... more

Working with Dilling was the absolute best and easiest company I have worked with in a long time. They are professional, honest and want your business. Mike explained everything to me and was very upfront even giving us three quotes to help us make our decision easier. I haven't worked with a company this loyal in years. Great experience and would recommend them to anyone. more

Excellent Service - Fair Price 4/25/2017

Came out promptly and figured out problem almost immediately. Stayed extremely nice even through my tantrum. Would recommend them to anyone. Price was very fair. Would trust them to find and correct any problem with my a/c or heat. All - around great service! more

If you're looking for highly knowledgeable technicians, prompt service and a company who truly cares about getting it right, I can't imagine a better choice than Dilling! There are no pressured sales at maintenance visits, only very informative and helpful advice about your system. When faced with replacing our entire HVAC system, they made sure we understood the issues and offered a multitude of options to fit our needs and budget. I would also highly recommend their maintenance program to keep your system in top condition, plus they give a 15% discount on all repairs if you’re on the plan! Dilling is the only call I’ll make for all our HVAC needs! more
