Digital Color Graphics Inc

I'm not one to fawn over vendors...but I just left today after Digital graphics SAVED my behind! So I guess they've earned it. I've been using them for a couple jobs and have always been impressed by their eagerness to make me happy. Well, my boss handed me an impossible task last week and I thought there'd be no way it could be completed by the time he needed it for a trade show in Atlanta. I called and talked to the guy and the girl at digital graphics and they assured me that as long as I got the files to them in time they could promise it done in time. Well, I was LATE. I was up till early morning on Thursday and got them the files Friday morning. I was scared. I KNEW no one else could get it done now. Well, I just got the call a couple of hours ago. My job was done. Full color brochures, matching sell sheets and matching product cards. These guys MUST have come in on the weekend. AND no rush charge? I'll never use another printer. I owe these guys (and girls) big time!! Thanks Digital Graphics! more

I had a project that needed expert knowledge about bleeds and color. These guys helped me design and produce CD inserts for our band that were awesome! They are totally chill and I would recommend them to anyone for color and design services as well as full color printing. They did me righteous. Thanks DCG! Digital Color really went out of their way to help me out. I had a large 48 page full color catalog job including full color sell sheets and everthing. 7 items in all. They not only gave me one of the best prices I've found but were able to get it all done for me in the course of a work week.....seriously....I was being quoted 2 weeks and MORE....they really made me feel like I was their most important customer! Thanks guys......I'll be back! Pros: Great Service - Nice people - REALLY seemed like they cared about my job.... Cons: None - they really came through for me. more

But most of all, more than once they gave me suggestions to help cut the overall cost of the project....which ended up saving me quite a bit of money. They have a customer for LIFE! \r Thanks!!
