The entire company is top notch. The installers are Professional, Experienced, and Wonderful to deal with. The office staff is awesome as well. I have been working with DIG M for two years. And they always treat me like I’m their first priority. What a wonderful organization to deal with. They are Highly Recommended. more

This is a great company. Family owned and operated. I have used them twice to build a pool for me. Once in my first house and then again when I moved. I highly recommend them. more

Unsatisfied with companies standing behind work 7/20/2009

Approximatley 2 months ago, I contracted with Dig M Installers to have my above ground pool installed. Part of the contract included Dig M sending out an excavator to level off my land for the pool. I was quoted ""first 6 inches are free, all inches beyond that are $25 each."" I was unable to be home while the excavator leveled the ground, leaving my step daughter to make payment. I was called by her letting me know that the excavator was quoting her 31 inches when job was done. I knew it was closer to 18-20 inches but rather than have my daughter deal with this situation, I had her pay him hoping I could get restitution at a later time. After countless emails and no responses, Dig M finally told me today that I needed to take it up with the excavator, which whom I have had no agreement with at any time. Cons: Company sent out excavator but now refuses acknowledge more
