They knew the job would be inconvenient, but they did everything
possible to make things right for me, such as giving me flyers to inform
my neighbors of what to expect. Every person in the organization was
pleasant to deal with. There was an atmosphere of respect and pride in
their work and, it didn't matter what their title, they were not
hesitant to pick up a shovel to help bring the job to a satisfactory
conclusion. They were willing to do everything to guarantee my
satisfaction.
