Love them! 2/19/2010

I used them for my wedding flowers in October and I loved everything they did. My bouquet was everything I invisioned and more. Linda and her staff made me feel wonderful and special. I would highly recommend them to all my friends for their wedding flowers! more

AVOID THIS FLORIST!!!! 10/19/2009

I purchased my wedding flowers from Dietz and I truly wish I hadn't!!!!!! All of the mens flowers fell apart and several parts of my order were incorrect. The customer service was the most disgusting part of the whole experience because when I called to let the OWNER know about the issues I had with not only quality but about me getting the wrong items she blamed me rather than apologizing for the florist's errors. One flower breaking could be the customers fault but 7 flowers breaking is clearly a quality concern. They obviously don't care about getting repeat customers or customer referals if they are breaking the golden rule of business, the customer is always right! more

Beautiful Arrangments - Excellent Service 8/31/2005

I love Dietz Falls Florist! They are located right on Portage Trail in Cuyahoga Falls, very easily accessible from anywhere in the area. I have worked with both Linda and Sarah there - they are both phenomenal. They have everything from basic flowers and arrangements to exotic, weird flowers no one else seems to carry. Their service is impeccable, prices are comparable to others in the area. I definitely recommend. They also have great accessories, I picked up some very pretty candle holders - discounted to 60% off the original price. What could be better? more
