All are the very best in quality and are properly mounted and finished. When the first question out of a potential client?s mouth is ?how much does it cost fot this type of a mount?,? the emphasis is in the wrong place. Educate yourself and learn to ask the right questions of a taxidermist. Look at their work and understand how to determine quality from garbage. Price should be the very last consideration of the educated taxidermy shopper. All taxidermists are not created equal. I called to talk to some one I did not get the response that the other lady got. Dick told me he does not do duck mounts for decoy carvers he does not give out technical information and hung up on me. more

I love visiting the business. He has many on display. The mounts look so life like. Talk about the most knowlegdgable family on animals and there natural habitats. I love to go and listen to the stories. I am not a hunter but his business is like a musuem with all the animals. Ones i have never seen before. To see them up close.. its a pretty kewl experience. Just like being on the hunt with them or there clients. Highly recommend going and well worth it to have your mounts done there but please no BOO BOOS.. its a joke. more

My last year Deer hunting i got a large five point buck. I went to Dicks Taxidermy. I wanted to mount the head to remember my last Deer hunt. I dropped it off and they did a great job mounting the deer it almost looked like it was alive. The price seemed high but when i called around i found out he was right in line. It was done exactly when he said it would be. I just love it hanging over my fireplace. more
