It is always a good experience to get your car serviced at Dick Hannah's Hyundai but of course it is an excellent vehicle as well!

Worst

Took car in for 7500 mi checkup. Guess that got done, washed/vacuumed. Have the exact same car + phone in our home; phone bluetooth works in that one; not this one...wouldn't cons...

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE 2/28/2011

went to dick hannah hyundai of portland after a long day of car shopping. I've brought a few cars in my life time, but none of them matches up to the experience i had here. my salesperson name was Tan N. he was great and made the process fun. cant say that about many car dealerships. i think i got in and out of there with my new car in less than a hour and a half, which surprised me. the lady that did the financing was great also. both were very helpful. i'll tell all my friends to go there when they need a car. great interaction with Betsy Anderson at this dealership 2/27/2011

I recently bought a used BMW from this dealership and had great and friendly service from their staff, especially Betsy Anderson. She was knowledgable, easy-going, patient and courteous (and helped me get home with my new car, since I had driven my friend's car there!). As a woman, I've felt somewhat intimidated at several other dealerships, but I felt safe and at ease with Betsy. Good Work, Betsy! more

Different Type of Salesman 2/21/2011

My husband and I are an older couple and have been through the ringer at other dealerships before. We first spoke with a nice young gentleman on the phone and came in to Dick Hannah. That is when we met Cameron. Cameron was different. He understood and met everyone of our needs and made us feel comfortable. He was able to provide us with exactly what we were looking for in a friendly and helpful manner. I won't let my family or friends go anywhere else. Thanks again Cameron! -Meg more

Great Experience 2/20/2011

Dawn was great to work with and helped me find the car I wanted. She was friendly, polite, and down-to-earth. I never felt like she was persuading me just for a sale. I enjoyed her help so much that I definitely plan on going back and working with Dawn when it's time to get my son's car. Thank you Dawn!! You rock! more

Ketorie Brown is the guy to go to!!! 2/20/2011

My husband Anthony and I (Jacklyn) were browsing in the lot for our ""second""car.We had cash on hand to put down on a car.We didn't have good credit scores,but Ketorie went the extra mile for us!! It was late on a Saturday night and I realized that Portland was getting ready for their nightlife.But Ketorie treated my husband and I like family.He was very concerned to our needs.Financially and as well as getting us worth our money.The entire time we felt sooo comfortable around him.He was real and upfront.Unlike some other salesmen we have encountered.I appreciate his time and effort in not giving up on us.I recommend Ketorie to all my friends and to my husband's friends.It's salesmen like Ketorie that make buying a car worthwhile.We also appreciate how Ketorie doesn't want to just sell you anything.But he cares for his customer and theyre needs.He is REAL!!!! Great business practices! 2/20/2011

I recently leased a new Hyundai Santa FE from Hannah Hyundai of Portland and Both Mike Roll the manager and his sales staff of Ketorie and Justin treated me with the utmost respect. Mike worked hard for over a week to locate the car I was looking for and never deviated from the deal we agreed to verbally before the car was located. On premise for the final test drive, evaluation of my trade and the filling out of paperwork went smooth and as quickly as possible. I would just like to thank the staff of Hannah Hyundai of Portland for the courteous and relible support they offered in putting the deal together and would highly recommend them to anyone who may be considering a Hyundai purchase or lease. more

I recently purchased a TDI Jetta from Dick Hannah Hyundai. My salesman Katorie was amazing. He made the very stressful occasion of purchasing a new car very easy and enjoyable. Most of all he treated me as more of a friend that a ""customer"" I have and will recommend not only the dealership, but also Katorie to everyone I know. Hannah Volkswagen/ Hyundai 2/19/2011

I came to Hannah Volkswagen/ Hyundai twice to check out a car. I talked with Ashley in internet sales over the phone prior to coming in. Her friendlyness over the phone kind of lured me to the Dealership, aside from fact i wanted to buy a car. Showing up at the lot unannounced both time i was greeted by Ketorie Brown , he was very cordial and well mannered. Upon talking with him i let him know that i had earlier talked with Ashley over the phone, and he brought be in to introduce me to the voice without a face. I talked with both of them about new and used cars and let them both know my budget and what i wanted in a car. They sent me information on several cars and finally found one that i absolutely had to have. Throughout the whole car buying process Ketorie was very accomadating, From offering me a drink all the way to helping me arrange to get my new car home alone with the one i drove there in. Thanks for everything Ketorie and Ashley! more

I was really wanting to get a Hyundai Sonata and I was being helped by a nice woman name Ashley Gibson, she was very helpful, but I was not in a position to be able to purchase a Sonata, but when I do I will look for Ashley again. more

Very Helpful Salesman 12/6/2010

I went in searching for a Hyundai Elantra thinking that it could be a potential back-up car to one of my choice but ended up finding a Touring version that fit all of my needs. The salesman Tony Cash helped me out and understood when it was my turn to just ""feel"" the car out and when he needed to help me out with information on the car. more

Right car, right price, awesome salesman 11/22/2010

Gary is an excellent salesman. This is the second car I have bought from him. He?s great at knowing the person and their place in life and giving recommendations based on that. He was willing to take me to see any car I wished, but truthfully, the first car he recommended I choose, the Elantra Touring, WAS the best car when all the factors were taken into account. When the opportunity arises I recommend others to him and I will buying my next car through him, as well. more

We wanted to check out the new Sonata, and Dawn and Nue were so helpful in answering our questions. We love our new car. 33.3 miles per gallon on our first tank of gas, and our SE has 200 horses under the beautiful hood! more
