I recently stayed at Diantha's Garden for 5 nights while I was taking a workshop. The workshop was stressful and strenuous, and it was such a delight to come back to the home of Linda and Jim Cooper in the evenings. Located in a quiet neighborhood with lovely views, the antique home is beautifully decorated and comfortably furnished, without seeming stuffy or museum-like.
The B&B features 2 guest rooms in an area separate from the main living quarters. The two rooms share a bathroom and a common area equipped with TV/VCR and small refrigerator.
My room, Laura's Room, was nicely decorated, with lots of lamps and overhead lighting, which I greatly appreciated. The room is spacious, with a lovely armchair and a small writing desk, plus a comfortable bed.
Linda's breakfasts are fantastic. I told her that I was on Weight Watchers, and she found and cooked some terrific Weight Watchers recipes for me each morning. I was totally spoiled.
I will definitely stay there again, and recommend it highly.
