I chose Diane's because of the wonderful reviews and I must agree that the sales staff is very friendly and helpful. I ordered my gown and my four bridesmaids gowns from here. We ran into some serious problems when the dresses arrived. \r \r Diane herself suggested I have my dress custom measured for extra money so we wouldn't need to pay for it to be hemmed or altered, as the hem was beaded and would be an complicated fix. My bridesmaids were also measured for their dress size and length. Apparently the measurements don't matter because of the 5 gowns ordered, 4 of them came in way too small or too long. As the bride, I assumed my dress would be too big since I have lost 25 pounds in the 6 months since ordering. The gown could barely be zipped up. My bridesmaids were told that they must have gained weight because two of theirs didn't fit either. My daughter got married last year and her bridesmaids got their dresses here ... we had gone to several of the larger bridal salons and were dissatisfied with the service. One the bridesmaids suggested that we try Diane's Dream Brides as she was in another wedding that used this shop. We received personal attention - not pushy, but very helpful. The staff was very easy to work with, the dresses arrived on time, the alterations were done as requested -- all in all, a very good experience. more

In the last few months I have been to many bridal shops. Dianes dream brides is on the top of my list! There service is remarkable! I did not have an appt but was treated like I did. I got one on one attention while trying on dresses. My bridesmaids also got the same attention. They are so friendly and helpful and will do anything for the customer. Way to go!! more

My sister got her wedding dress here and we were so satisfied that I went back to find mine. There are many things I like about this place. Here's a few:\r \r 1) They do not need appointments to try on! You can just stop in and look through the dresses, and try on a few, anytime.\r \r 2) Their staff is very friendly without being pushy. If you say you don't like something, they are fine with that. They give you as much time as you want to look through all the dresses yourself. Then once you've picked out things you like, they will pull some out that they think you might like. My sister ended up with a dress the staff pulled out for her. I ended up with the first dress I ever tried on. At other bridal shops I found pushy people who wouldn't leave us alone to look for even a minute - this is not the type of shopping I like to do.
