Diane's Cleaning Services

Upon termination of services the person on the other end of the line just hung up on me. No questions about how to make the service better or how do they get me back as a customer.\r \r We've had Diane's as our cleaning service for the better part of the last year. While their schedule has not always met our, they have been satisfactory at cleaning. We had recommended them to more than 15 of our freinds, to include our parents who also live in the area. Last week it was discovered that, my mother was missing an entire jewelery box full of family heirlooms. This was enough jewelery that LV Metro has declared it GRAND LARCENY. While we could not determine with any certainty who could be at fault for taking the jewelery, our family has decided to eliminate any possible variables.\r Unfortunately, the cleaning service was the only logical variable yet to eliminate, based on access to the location of the jewelery. We have every intention of letting the authorities conduct the investigation, but while the culprit is unidentified, we need to keep our remaining possessions safe.\r Upon taking the call from my elderly mother, the owner Rod, asked her if she was ""threatening him"" after explaining why she was cancelling service. While the Immegration and Customs Enforcement agency may need to question the hiring practice of Diane's, my mother in no way threatened anyone.\r So I chose to call Rod to cancel the service at my home, rather than have my wife be accused of similar ""threatening"" actions. Upon hearing my name as I identified myself, the older gentleman on the other end discovered who I was and hung up on me. I called back and asked the name of who just hung up on me, and he refused to tell me who he was. We decided on a mutual termination of services.\r \r If this is your method of customer service, it is likely that our termination of services was long overdue. With many failing small business in the county, it would seem someone in the market for a cleaning service would like to know the practices of a potential employee.\r \r While many people won't even read this, if you are, I ask you to chose wisely. We have alerted all of our friends that were origianlly recommended, and they have since discontinued service. I had Shawn come over to clean my carpets, I had just back surgery. I had some pain killers on my kitchen counter, amazingly enough when Shawn left, so did my meds. My fiances ring was also on the nightstand in our bedroom, and that disappeared as well. I bet this guy has a criminal record. After over two years of hiring and firing five different cleaning companies, I became so frustrated that I didn't know where to turn. Thankfully, a friend of a friend told me about Diane's Cleaning. They do a great job at an incredible price on your weekly cleaning needs. They are also more than reasonable & easy to work with when you need a deeper clean or have a special project for them. The girls are friendly and I have had the same team for over 18 months. Of course, it takes some work on your part initially to show the girls the areas that are most imortant to you, but after the first couple of cleans they are FANTASTIC! Thanks Diane's. more

Reasonable rates, excellent work all accomplished in a timely manner. I don't like people in my house all day long. Got the job done in a few hours leaves me free to enjoy my weekend more

This is the worse cleaning service I have ever had. The girls are young and do not have experience. I used them 3 times. The third cleaning I was sent two different girls, because the first two had quit. These girls were just as bad. They don't know how to clean mirrors and glass. They knocked something over and put a dent in my wall. They have never been on time. They didn't even clean under the mats in the kitchen sink. I could go on, but I am trying another company and will hopefully have better luck. more
