We have been a customer of State Farm Insurance for the past year and a half under the management of Diane and have truly enjoyed the experience.? Diane has always been prompt to provide us quotes for our car, home, and other insurance needs.? We were referred to other insurance agencies, such as Allstate, but due to her excellent service and attention to our needs we decided to stay with State Farm.? She has been proactive in finding us the best rates and helping us understand our policy options and made the process effortless. i just like to leave a comment regarding your wonderful customer service (excellent) particularly ms. cherrie cornwell. she answers all my questions and explain eveything in great details. at first, i was the only one shopping for insurance i end up convincing the whole family (mom, sister and brother) to switch. GREAT SAVINGS! more

Patient staff, thank you!! 8/22/2010

For the past several years I have been a state farm customer. Whenever I need to make any changes I would always call your office and the person I speak with is Cherrie Cornwell. She is always pleasant, helpful and very patient with me. She answers all the questions that I pose to her. Lately I have been making a lot of changes such as adding a new vehicle or refinancing. Cherrie has always there been there for me to provide me with all the service and products that I need. Lately I have been working with a mortgage company to refinance my house and the processor is one that goes by the book. Cherrie had talked to her on my behalf to explain the situation. When the processor was not willing to budge Cherrie quickly provided me with a quote to satisfy the needs of the processor/mortgage company. You are very lucky to have an insurance agent like Cherrie Cornwell. more

I have never experienced a more enjoyable and painless process than through any other insurance company.\r \r One of your staff members in particular by the name of Cherrie Cornwell has been an absolute joy to work with! In the past year and a half, I've bought and sold 3 motorcycles. When it came time to purchase insurance I couldn't think of a better person to get in contact with. I've referred everyone I could think of, friends, family, customers and coworkers to get in contact with Cherrie for their insurance needs. Please give her a big thank you for me!
