I love this salon. Me, all 5 of my children, my husband, my mom, and my sister have all been going there for about 3 years. I never wait long. The girls are all very friendly. They even offer stress relief before your hair cut!! I never leave unhappy with my or my family's hairstyle. My stylist remembers details about how I like my hair and I completely trust her. The color products they use are quality and their techniques are very professional. I always get compliments on my hair. Diane really cares about her customers and gets to know them personally. I really can't say enough great things about this salon!! If you want quality salon services you should definitely check it out! more

My family has been using this salon for years and we would recommend it to everyone. Diane always does her best to make sure everyone in the salon (not just her own clients) is being taken care of. Even my 6 year old loves getting his hair cut there. more

I went to this salon several times and I liked the stylist. She did a good job with the color service I had done. The problem I had is that another client came in late for her appointment making my stylist rush around, thus making me feel rushed. The second time it happened I asked the stylist why wasn't this customer told she had to reschedule and was told that ""She is a business owner & the salon owner wouldn't want to upset her."" SO, it is ok to upset other paying customers by rushing them & making them unhappy? I have not been back & it is a shame. more

I went in and had a consultation with 2 stylists and the owner. I showed a picture of what I wanted and asked if they were comfortable doing blonde highlights and I was assured that the girl was fantastic. She talked about how she has taken classes here, there and everywhere. I was uneasy about it but decided ""ok, I'll let them do it."" I was explaining exactly how my hair lifts, what I had on it and how I achieve the results I like (I do hair as well but am unable to do my own because of health issues and I'm in this town for school so I don't know anyone). The girl and the owner worked together to make my color and it wouldn't lift! They had to open all the foils and put more on because they didn't mix it right and it wouldn't lift! I now have a terrible shade of DARK ORANGE AND GOLD on my head! The stylist felt bad because I wasn't happy and admitted she didn't mix what she though would work and said to come in and she would re-highlight to correct it. Well, the owner called to say ""if you want it fixed you need to pay again, or YOU can put a toner on it."" Why should I have to fix what they messed up? I paid just like every other client would. You get better service at a mall salon than you do here. Also, guys, my boyfriend got his hair cut while he was there and she botched that. I had to re-do it when we got home. She didn't know how to do a basic fade! Seriously, avoid this place. I went there because the website talks about how they are constantly attending classes and are professional. I didn't realize it was a joke. I wish I had paid with a credit card instead of cash so I could stop payment. more

I have been with Diane for as long as I can remember and my family has had their hair done by other staff at her salon and we have always been happy with our results. From the minute you walk in the salon the staff is friendly and makes you feel right at home. I also feel confident that they are up on the latest styles and techniques because they seem to be talking about a class they have been to on a regular basis. Alot of my friends have changed stylists over the years but I have never felt the need to do that. I would highly recommend Diane and all of her staff to anyone who asks. Everyone at Diane Testani Hair Salon is wonderful. I go to Jaimie who is both knowledgable and excellent at her job. I get compliments on my hair all the time. I color and highlight my hair and greatly appreciate the input I receive from both Diane and Jaimie as to what shades would be best for me as well as the best way to minimize the damage to my hair.
