Very accommodating. Had a emergency and took a chance on calling at 9 p.m. They answered! They went out of their way and opened the business so I could drop my dog off. Would definitely use them again more

I am new to the saltwater tank world and Diana's has been the biggest source of help. Always willing to share her knowledge. She has been available on weekends and evenings and even makes house calls. I have purchased all my tank inhabitants from her and they have all been healthy and are so happy in their new tank. Diana is passionate about her hobby and her customer service in unmatched. Can't go wrong with this business. more

DO NOT buy saltwater fish 7/19/2011

Bought 2 saltwater fish. Staff put 2 fish from different tanks into one reused deli container. Neither fish lived to make it into my tank. Called Diana and she blammed me. Not good business. Pd $50 for fish and she offered a $10 credit towards fish. Go to a fish store that actually cares about its customer and provides appropriate packaging such as Funky Fish and Friends in Gaylord. more

Pups had a great stay again at Diana's came home happy and fresh from a bath...bathing or grooming is a smart idea if boarding your pets anywhere...Very friendly staff!!! Thank you Diana's more

We frequent Diana's quite a bit in the summer time, they have been very helpful with adjusting their hours for us if needed and always take great care or our dog...He is always so happy to visity their and always happy when we pick him up. Their prices seem to be the cheapest in town with great quality. We also have out dog groomed about every 6-8 weeks and they do a great job...very happy.. more

Great Kennel 11/29/2006

I have had to board my pet with Diana's for 8 weeks. Because I did not have a lot of money, she let me have a special rate for boarding. She also lets me pick up my dog for walks whenever I can. My dog looks great and is obviously very happy and well cared for since he bounds back through their door when I return him. She has also been very flexible with special times for me to visit my pet. My circumstance is such that I will be leaving my dog with them for the next two months. I feel very confident leaving my dog with Diana's. Thank you Diana's for caring and understanding. more

Okay Dog Shelter 9/5/2005

We have used Dianas Personal Touch numerous times to board our dog because the location is very close to our house. However I find her hours to drop off/pick up to be less than satisfactory because of the short window. However our dog has always survived the experience with no trauma so they must be doing something right. more
