Children not welcome. I don't do a lot of reviews for places. & I don't get offended easily. Typically, I am very laid back & try to give people the benefit of the doubt for their actions. However, when the staff in a place of business follows 3 CHILDREN around a store like they are stealing everything in sight & proceeds to tell them, ""that's enough, put that up & go on."" When all they are doing is sitting quietly on the floor reading greeting cards, that's just ridiculous. I was never more than a few feet from my children the whole time, watching them like a hawk, because I believe when you are out in a public setting, children should be considerate of others around them. I also know that my children are not by any means perfect, I typically am very hard on them & never think they are acting well in a store, but this evening, all they were doing was sitting on the floor, reading the humorous greeting cards & putting them back up where they got them. I know because I had my sights on them making certain. The treatment they received was absolutely uncalled for. This has ALWAYS been my Hallmark of choice, but no more. If my children aren't welcome, neither am I. I promptly placed the item I was going to purchase back where I got it (setting an example for my kids) & left. So parents beware, you're children are not welcome in this store, better shop without them or go to the one in the nearby mall.
