State Farm does a great job. Diana does not. She is terrible at returning calls (unless you want to buy more insurance, then you hear back immediately). Doesn't really provide any services at all, but claims to give you a ""personal touch."" My wife and I are in the process of switching to another State Farm agent and have already seen a major improvement in service. more
