Do Not Use This Lousy & Rude Limo Service!!!\r
\r
We booked a limo to drive us through wine country in mid-July 2014. The weather was beautiful and we were looking forward to a perfect, relaxing day of wine tasting. The first thing that went wrong was when the driver showed up 30 mins late he told us that his dashboard lights were not working. When we got into the limo we noticed that parts were missing, and things were broken. We were very concerned, but the driver assured us everything was OK. They were for about 2 hours. After visiting the third winery, still early in our planned day, the limo's motor/engine died while still in the parking lot. After about 20 minutes, a vineyard staff member was able to jump start the limo using his car and jumper cables. With much trepidation, and after the driver assured us things were now OK again, we got back in the limo. We were about 2 miles down the desolate country road when the limo konk'd out again. The driver was able to pull into the driveway of a local Mennonite farm. We were now not only stranded, and without air conditioning on a hot sunny day, but we stood very awkwardly, and embarrassingly facing a Mennonite farming family who asked us what we were doing. The driver got on his phone to talk to his boss and he then proceeded to tell us that another limo would be sent. The problem is that the limo would have to travel over an hour to rescue us. A member of our party (there were 4 of us) got the cell phone number of the limo company and was able to get in contact with the owner/manager ""Duane"". He was rude and started to talk about one of his vacations that did not go very well, which was totally irrelevant and inappropriate. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It is obvious that they do not maintain their fleet of limos adequately in order to prevent vehicle problems/breakdowns. And when a problem does occur they come up with any excuse in order to attempt to keep your money. To top it off they are just plain rude, and incompetent.\r
