Diamonds Chicago is by far the best place to purchase Diamonds!!! My fiance and I went in to research wedding bands. Carlee was the one we were working with and let me just tell you, she was the BEST!!!!! She was so knowledgeable and patient with us!!! She made the whole experience easy and Fun!! I wish I could give a rating of much more than 5 stars!!!!! Fahmina, Ashley, and the gang were all fantastic from start to finish!!! I made 3 separate visits to Diamonds Chicago and each time, from the second I walked in to the second I left, they were very enthusiastic, extremely patient and helpful, and just an absolute joy to work with. What I thought would be a frustrating process of buying an engagement ring turned out to be a great time!! I really didnt know what I was doing before my first visit, but Fahmina (always with a positive attitude and a big smile on her face) walked me through everything step-by-step. She and Ashley spent several hours with me, showed me many different stones (they have an excellent selection!), and I never felt any pressure whatsoever. By the time I decided on one I felt like an expert! Fahmina and Ashleys professional and personal opinions made me feel great about my purchase. They genuinely seemed to care about me and were very excited for me as well. I had tried going to another place first but I didnt receive anything close to the warmth that was waiting for me at Diamonds Chicago. I was referred by a friend and I will definitely refer everyone I know. There is no reason to ever go anywhere else. You will not only get exceptional customer service and a wonderful buying experience, but you will also get a tremendous deal. I just used Diamond Chicago for the second time and no I'm not getting married again. I decided to get my wedding band there. My first experience was with Carlee and she was amazing and very knowledgeable. They had great selection you get to pick from just a ton of diamonds. As a result of this I spent allot of time there reviewing different diamonds, but it paid off my wife gets no stop complements on her ring. It also looks bigger and better then some of my friends rings who I know paid thousands more. The second time was with Fahmina and she was equally awesome, they really didn't mind spending the extra time to explain and helping you to pick out the best ring or diamond for you. I have had multiple friends go there on my recommendation and every one that has walked in the store and meet Carlee or Fahmina have ended up getting their Diamond from Diamonds Chicago. Everyone one that is 100% of the people that I sent there. They all also did their research first by going to all the big chains first before deciding you get the best deal at Diamonds Chicago. They really do have a great selection with no pressure or hard sell like I said when picking my diamond out I went in four or five separate times to review all of their inventory.
