Deceptive, Dishonest place - AVOID AT ALL COST!!! 11/27/2011

I wish I had read these review before I give these horrible people my business. I want to buy a data cable for my phone. I asked for one, brought it and went home and it wasn't working. Took me 2 days to figure out it is the cable itself and not my computer or phone. So I went back wanting a refund. First they treat me like an idiot feeding me lies about how it is my phone or that I need my phone's manufacture cables. (THEN WHY DID THEY SELL ME THE CABLES 2 DAYS AGO?!?! I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR A DATA CABLE FOR MY PHONE!!!!) I'm a Verizon customer and they sell Verizon phones!! So you would think they'll carry cables for the phones they are selling!! They won't refund my money and keep saying it is my phone's problem and not the cable. Absolutely ridiculous! HORRIBLE customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I can give it ZERO stars, I would. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

DECEPTIVE, DISHONEST SALESPEOPLE (BRENT WHITING & AMBER) 7/22/2011

I will second the other person's complaint after patronizing this kiosk. I wish i could give ZERO stars. VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER. i bought an iphone 4 & signed a contract stating that i would need to pay a $35 restocking fee if i chose to return the phone. as it turns out, i decided to return the iphone 4 as i had buyer's remorse & after using it for a week, decided that it's not all it's cracked up to be. the phone was not damaged in any way. i reset the phone before bringing it back as i did not want any of my information left on the phone. the salesperson AMBER decided that because i reset the phone myself, she could not track my usage & that i needed to pay an additional $60 for returning the phone since they are ""supposed"" to reset it themselves. does that make any sense? NO!!! she refused to credit me the $230 i should have been refunded for the iphone, less the $35 restocking fee. i spent a good 20 minutes arguing with her & she even had the gall to insist that i not leave without purchasing another phone at full retail value. i refused. so basically i wasted $100 and a half our of my time dealing with these IDIOTS. bottom line: the salespeople at this kiosk are EXTREMELY deceptive and will try to make a buck off of you any way that they possibly can. WILL NEVER BUY from this kiosk again. from now on, i will deal exclusively with verizon stores or the kiosk at costco. they have all the best phones out there for a fraction of the price anyway & include all accessories for free!! more

Terrible Customer Service... 2/12/2011

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Diamond Wireless is the WORST cell phone location I have ever patronized. UNETHICAL PRACTICES Their management is unethical and refuses to stand behind their products. My experience has been that they may or may not allow you to simply exchange merchandise that doesn't work. It all depends on which employee is working.... Pathetic!!!! BUY FROM VERIZON DIRECTLY AND RECEIVE BETTER SERVICE AND WARRANTIES DO NOT buy anything from this so called business. You will get better service, a better deal and MOST of all better protection and customer service by buying from Verizon directly. I went here because it was in the mall and easy to stop by instead of going to the Verizon store. I wish I would have taken a few extra minutes and driven to Verizon. I have never experienced the poor customer service that I experienced at this store with Verizon. I am shocked that Verizon even allows them to bear their name!!!! BUYER BEWARE If you have a problem with anything you purchase from them... Good luck! As I said do yourself a favor, just buy from Verizon directly!!! more
