I will second the other person's complaint after patronizing this kiosk. I wish i could give ZERO stars. VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER.
i bought an iphone 4 & signed a contract stating that i would need to pay a $35 restocking fee if i chose to return the phone. as it turns out, i decided to return the iphone 4 as i had buyer's remorse & after using it for a week, decided that it's not all it's cracked up to be.
the phone was not damaged in any way. i reset the phone before bringing it back as i did not want any of my information left on the phone. the salesperson AMBER decided that because i reset the phone myself, she could not track my usage & that i needed to pay an additional $60 for returning the phone since they are ""supposed"" to reset it themselves.
does that make any sense? NO!!! she refused to credit me the $230 i should have been refunded for the iphone, less the $35 restocking fee. i spent a good 20 minutes arguing with her & she even had the gall to insist that i not leave without purchasing another phone at full retail value. i refused. so basically i wasted $100 and a half our of my time dealing with these IDIOTS.
bottom line: the salespeople at this kiosk are EXTREMELY deceptive and will try to make a buck off of you any way that they possibly can.
WILL NEVER BUY from this kiosk again. from now on, i will deal exclusively with verizon stores or the kiosk at costco. they have all the best phones out there for a fraction of the price anyway & include all accessories for free!!
