Unreliable and unprofessional 3/12/2009

I hired this company to pick up documents and deliver them to a client with the agreement that delivery would only be made after a check payment was received from the client (standard c.o.d. arrangement). They managed to deliver the documents to the client and received payment, but they LOST THE CHECK. After being given the run around for 2 weeks, I received insults and was told that they would not make good on the lost check and would NOT EVEN REFUND MY PAYMENT for the services that I did NOT receive. This company is unprofessional and unreliable. I would not recommend them to anyone. Cons: Unreliable and unprofessional more
