I was browsing on their site and had a pop-up came up with a special! FREE GIFT with a diamond ring purchase? What not to click on! I had a live conversation with one of the sales rep and Ashley was so sweet. I was not ready to buy until a month later, but with her, she gave me everything that I wanted for my girlfriends ring. She told me I can call whenever I'm ready, but I told her I wanted to go ahead and take the offer before the diamond I wanted is gone. I called their 800 number and got someone that can help me and pull up my conversation I had with Ashley. Positive experiences: I have emailed customer service on a few occasions and have been pleased with all the responses. One in particular was for a price drop that occurred after my ring was ordered but before it was shipped. They gave me the discount without a hassle. I will gladly continue doing business with them. more

I recently purchased an engagement ring here to surprise my fiancée. I was extremely impressed by the quality of diamond I received for my money. I would have spent well over the amount I paid if I purchased the same diamond from a retail jeweler. Joseph took his time in explaining and educating me on all the diamonds and the differences in what I am seeing and how to view the diamond in different lights and backgrounds. This has given me the confidence I need to know I have received the best gem possible. As a CEO, I only refer my business partners and associates to businesses I can trust and you guys has definitely made that list. more

My husband and I spent time looking around on this website. They have so much selections. We was looking for just a 1 carat Princess Cut white gold solitaire ring. The price they have online is just unbelievable! My husband called and got to talk to a very nice gentleman. He answer all of our questions and told him we will call him back. We looked around and always end up back on their site . Well we did order from them and actually got a bigger diamond then what we was looking to get. The bigger the Better right!!? Lol! My name is Bob and I was looking for the perfect engagement ring to propose and trust me that was not such an easy task until I found your website online, the only place I could find a decent ring at a decent price. They even shipped my ring straight to my house next day air. Extremely fast shipping! Looks better than the ones I seen at the malls for a little lesser, but this one is so worth it.
