I have used Diamond Mortgage's services twice, after having one very bad experience with another local mortgage company. Sue Shepherd went above and beyond for me. The service I received was very personalized, and everyone we dealt with was very prompt in answering our questions/calls/emails and following up with us throughout the whole home-buying process.
