In 1995 we opened our Brentwood facility. It is operated on the same concept as the storage site which is so successful in Union City: Our facilities are extremely clean and well managed; the convenience and peace-of-mind of our customers is our utmost concern; we utilize state of the art equipment to ensure the safety and security of our customer's valuable belongings.
A 24-hour resident manager, individual alarms on each unit, an electronic gate, fire protection for each unit, and a 24-hour taped video monitoring system not only ensure the security of our site, but also qualify us to offer Insurance through Deans & Homer, the Insurance provider for self-storage facilities. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Our customers have access to their units 365 days a year. Our site has Boat and RV parking available, a full line of moving supplies and boxes, and we have a moving truck that is available at no charge when you move into our facility. We have moving blankets and dollies for our customers to use at no charge. We also have private mail boxes available.
Commercial accounts are more than welcome to our facility. Our site is fully illuminated and has fire protection.Our location is the closest to Summerset and just a few blocks from the new police station on Guthrie Lane in Brentwood. All spaces are on ground level. We offer 50% off on two months rent when your rent a new unit.
