Diamond Limousine & Sedan Service

We rented a limousine last Friday for prom. The car we chose was a stretch black Escalade. And it was a sweet ride. It had a bed on the back like a truck that is cool. Our driver was a lady, which kind-of concerned me at first. But she was awesome!! She never even hit a curb, and I can't do that in my little car. \r When we arrived at the Utah State Capitol for the dance, all of our friends were way jealous. AND our limousine was the best looking one there except for another big white Tahoe limo that also belongs to Diamond Limousine. \r When our dance was over, the driver took us on a nice ride east of Salt Lake so we could see the whole city. It was a great ride. Everyone had a great time and their price wan't bad either. I would recommend Diamond Limousine to everyone. They really know how to look better than everyone else and make you feel that way to. I'll be calling them again. more

I rented a limo for my daughters wedding. We needed 3 limos and 2 Vans for shuttling guests. When I called on the phone, they suggested I meet them at their office so that they could show me their vehicle and go over the plans. I met them at their office and was very impressed. The cars were spotless, the building was immaculate and the staff was very helpful. After I paid for the services, it all went better than even expected. I had rented limos from two other companies in the past and I was less than pleased. I am glad I found these guys, they really know what they are doing. I?ve never bothered to write an online review for ANYTHING before, but I had such a terrible experience with these guys that I wanted to help other people avoid similar incidents.\r \r I had arranged for a black sedan to take me from SLC to Park City for $168, but when I arrived at the car I found it was not a black sedan but an old Ford Excursion. We drove about a mile from the airport, and the driver pulled off to the side of the road and asked me to sign the credit card papers ? AND THE BILL WAS $244. I called the office, and ?Jessica? informed me that the price had been nearly doubled was because they had provided a bigger car (like, why would I pay $244 to have a beat up SUV pick me up? I could have just called my brother in law!), and that there were ?dozens of other people who would gladly pay that price?. But we were stuck, because we were already a mile from the airport! Talk about the ultimate bait and switch scam! AND THEN, when my party and I had considered our options and decided that we were just going to get screwed, the company ordered the driver to take us back to the airport! So, after 35 min of arguing, and being extremely embarrassed in front of my friends, we arrived back at SLC with no transportation, and had to rent a car. THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS! Pros: None.
