I was referred to this website and I can see why. I think I talk to almost everyone that works there =-) , and everyone was a big help. I finally made my decision on which ring for my special lady, even if it took me two months. They gave me the same deal as what I had talked to them about at the beginning. On my final decision before anything, they had a special with $150 coupon off that expired more

Positive experiences: I have emailed customer service on a few occasions and have been pleased with all the responses. One in particular was for a price drop that occurred after my ring was ordered but before it was shipped. They gave me the discount without a hassle. I will gladly continue doing business with them. more

After about an hour on the phone, I feel like I was a diamond expert and I was able to objectively look at diamonds that his competitors were trying to sell me. Needless to say, I went back and made my purchase. His service was outstanding; I think you'll agree if you stop and browse their website. more

The ring was stunning. With all of the information provdied, I was able to find out every little detail about the diamonds. I walked into some near by jewelry stores and asked them about the specs to their comparable diamonds (color, clarity, cut, shape, girdle, etc) and nothing they had came close to what I was able to get from here. Saved money and not to mention she adores the ring. The overnight shipping that is free helps ease my mind also with ordering online. Simply Extraordinary! more
