HORRIBLE customer service!!! I first placed my furniture on layaway in their Cherry Hill location. The next thing I know, I received a phone call saying Cherry Hill, NJ store was closed and I had to go to Bensalem, Pa. When I finally made it to that store, they didn't even have the correct furniture on layaway. That was fixed without incident. I decided to pick up my furniture instead of having it delivered. They told me it would be in the store for pick-up on Wednesday. I came to pick up my furniture but guess what? It wasn't there. I was told that I had to go to Turnersville, NJ to pick up my furniture. What??? Mind you, I have to pay a toll each time I cross the bridge from NJ to PA. And I have no idea where Turnersville is. So, I decided to have it delivered. The date was scheduled and I was told how much the delivery fee was. The delivery had been confirmed on the phone twice. The night before, I was called and told there was no C.O.D. and I had to come into the store to pay before they will deliver my furniture. SERIOUSLY???
