Ramona is a fantastic jewelry designer! She has created several very beautiful pieces for me that I love, love, love and wear every day. I have used her services for many years and recommend her to all my friends with good taste. I lost one of my diamond earrings recently and she worked very hard to find a matching diamond for me. I am thrilled with her and her business ethics. more

we went to this store, found out she doesnt no how to conduct any business with customers... it was my mistake to let her do business with me by word of mouth... after we got the rings we paid for, it wasnt what we said, and when i told her about it, instead of understanding she messed up... she goes ahead and tells my wife that it will "take away from the diamonds if we do it that way" no Romona it will take away from your wallet cause you screwed up. she never has a written statement of what she is going to be doing, so it works in her favor. i tried calling her after she told my wife these things, and she told me at 3:50 (when she closes at 5) that she had to get going and she will deal with it on tuesday... take 5 mins to help your so valued customers out... it pissed me off because i dont care what it would take away from, i paid a lot of money for what i should have gotten, now i have to argue with her, which she will probably not fix it unless she rips me off again. i would neve more

The store is a little hole in the wall that makes it self out to be something that it is not. I can only assume that Ramona purchased the business with the money she was awarded when her plastic surgeon ruined her face.\r She does not have any tact when dealing with customers and treated both myself and my wife poorly on separate occasions. \r In order to drum up business for her failing business she continued to speak negatively about the quality and clarity of our diamonds in an attempt to persuade us to purchase from her limited and sub par inventory. Some of which I would liken to costume jewelry. more
