yes...the first appt was fine. they did the orange oil thing...we still have termites.. we have a contract with them for 3yrs. they are supposed to spot checks when we call, ...

yes...the first appt was fine. they did the orange oil thing...we still have termites.. we have a contract with them for 3yrs. they are supposed to spot checks when we call, but they seem to not know what's going on when they get follow up calls. i made an appt...great, they were supposed to come.....they didnt' show and didn't call. 2nd time, rescheduled. did they show? no! i had to call them! with every appt you have to wright down who you spoke to, cuz they are clueless, and they don't apologize...the wors for appts!!! go elsewhere! more

BEWARE - DIAL US TERMITE AND PEST CONTROL 6/30/2008

This company performed a termite treatment (orange oil) last year on my residence. The treatment service was performed without any problems, but trying to get them to reinspect is another story. The service I purchased was the orange oil treatment and 3 years of annual reinspections warranty. I scheduled reinspections three times, but everytime the date arrived they could not find my appointment or the technician had to respond to another "emergency" matter. They are supposed to respond later today, but I am not holding my breath. I believe it is not their priority to respond to reinspections, as they cannot charge for any treatments under the warranty. They might not have any intentions of responding at all due to the way my appointment just disappear from their records. My recommendation to anyone considering using this company is to look elsewhere as there are many other companies that offer orange oil treatments. more
