I have been very happy with my whole experience with Diablo Solar Services. I bought a Solar PV Electrical system through them and the salesman was very friendly. They were able to do the installation a few weeks after I purchased the system. Everything has been working great. The system is properly sized and has been producing as much energy as has been needed. I was having a problem with birds getting under the panels so I let them know. They came back out within the week and added some wire mesh and took care of that issue free of charge. more

I believe in the product and services of Diablo Solar Services! For everything that it's supposed to do, it's doing it. The service was wonderful. The guys were terrific and knew what they were doing. They were on time at the right date and time. Brian knew exactly what he was talking about the whole time. I had contacted other solar energy companies, and quickly eliminated a couple of them. We use solar heating in our swimming pool, too. Our swimming season has lasted longer! Marcy Cross more

Solar Services dealt with the Homeowners Association and got the permit efficiently. The construction was efficient and clean. I've used Solar Services twice, and off and on for many years. The people at Solar Services always stand by their work and are very reliable. more

From start to finish the people with Diablo Solar Services were efficient and professional. Everything was done on time and I got everything they told me I would. They have competitive pricing and overall they responded to my phone calls faster than anyone else. They answered all of my questions right away. more

Diablo Solar Services was very professional. They were very informative and came out and explained everything to me in detail. They went over every single question with me including the install, rebate, and my power consumption. I had about 12 other companies come out and give me bids. Diablo did better than everyone else. I felt more comfortable with them and they were more thorough. They made it very easy, with no hassle. They also had financing which most companies did not offer. more

I've had solar for my pool since Diablo Solar Services installed it a year after we moved here in 1988. I like that because it does most of the pools heating, and the heater just heats the hot tub. I always wanted my house's electricity to come from solar, so about a year ago I got that done. They say it figures to be five to seven years until you get your money back, then you're free and clear. And it gives you a higher resale value for your house. I wish everybody did it. more

Diablo Solar Services was very good. They were Johnny-on-the-spot! I have never experienced anybody else, but I think they were excellent, and that's why I have already recommended them a few time. From the salesman that came up, to the mechanic that put it in, to the foreman that came out to check on them, gave me all that information about it, then called me back to check on everything, it was all excellent. They did a heck of a job for me! more

My husband and I hired Diablo Solar Services to install solar power systems for both our house and our pool. Everybody we dealt with from the company was really nice and helpful. They knew what they were talking about, from start to finish. My husband had a lot of questions after the installation, especially regarding the system for our pool. Diablo has been really good about answering our calls, and sending people out to check things over when necessary. The customer service in general is just really good, and the technicians are all really nice and personable, and respectful of our house and property. more

Diablo Solar Services were very professional throughout our dealings. My wife and I made the decision to have a complete solar power system installed--not just a water heater--and it was a very complex project. The salesperson had a lot of good answers to my technical questions without confusing me, because I am not a solar power expert. He explained how it worked in a way that I could understand. From start to finish, Diablo performed on the timeline that was set forth initially. The installers were very good--the best people I dealt with from the company. They were very friendly to my wife when they were working at my home, and did an excellent job. It was a positive experience, all around. more

We hired Diablo Solar Services to install photovoltaic solar panels. They have been out twice, first to install a system to power just our pool, and most recently to outfit our home, as well. They were very responsive throughout our interactions. I really enjoyed dealing with Bryan. He was very good about following through--we could count on him to do what he said he would. He provided us with several scenarios to prepare us for any contingencies, as well as options for how to approach the job. They installers were very good, too. They stood by when we experienced an issues with our electrical meter, and considered it their error for not catching it before they began working. They fixed everything at no additional charge, which I found classy. Diablo is a great company. more

Diablo Solar Services favorite saying is "whatever makes you happy" and they mean it! 4/25/2011

From the time Brian of Diablo Solar Services came to our house, until the last member of the crew left, they were all so great as decisions were made and issues came up. They told us that "whatever makes us happy" is what they would do for us, and they did, continually until the very end. I have a sneaky feeling that I could call and someone would be here right away if something did come up even now. This was the first time a contractor ever provided such great customer service from start to finish. We had them install twenty four roof solar panels and there have been no problems whatsoever. This is a great company to work with, we highly, highly recommend them and would definitely use them again in the future if we need to. Bill & Virginia more

I thought Diablo Solar Services did an absolutely great job. The presentation was excellent. The person that represented them, was professional, thorough and patient because he knew we were shopping around. He was available to us to answer questions, whenever they came up. He's actually the one who eventually sold us on their product. The workmen were on time and were very courteous, kept us appraised of the process and time frame. Once everything was installed, a few minor issues came up and within twenty-four hours, they were back to fix it. Everything is great. The product seems to be working absolutely fine. Great communication, great installation support. 4/12/2011

Diablo Solar Services installed pool as well as electric PV panels. Starting from the sales person all the way up to the guy who did the final inspection and walk through, it was great. Everything went very smoothly. Their communication was great, and the installation support was very good. Diablo Solar Services was also good at communicating about any changes or issues. At the end of the day they would come to let me know what they had done and what they were going to do next. So far everything is working great. If anyone was looking for solar in their home for pool or electric they should give Diablo Solar a call. more

The way they presented the package, and all my neighbors that used them, sold it for me. 3/28/2011

I called Diablo Solar up because I heard about them from a neighbor. I called them up and they came by and did a run through to look at the area and they gave me a quote, so I went ahead with that. I didn't get another quote, so that was my first and only quote. I went with them just because of the way they presented the package. They also showed a list of various other neighbors in the area who used them, so that was definitely a selling point for me. Terrence Chan more

Very efficient and thorough. 3/14/2011

Brian, from Diablo Solar Services, came out and gave me a nice presentation. He had a computer and printed out different costs and different ways we could go. He was very thorough so I went with them for my PhotoVoltaic system on the roof. It didn't take them very long and they were here. The work was done, up and working in two and a half days. They were very efficient. I haven't had any trouble, and the system is working great. My meter runs backwards when the sun is out, and PG&E owes me money. I recommend them. more
